Our Team

Founded by educators, built to support students worldwide.

OxPrep was born from a shared vision between two brothers who experienced the Oxbridge admission process firsthand and recognised the need for better guidance and preparation resources.

Our mission is to level the playing field by equipping schools worldwide with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support their students in achieving Oxbridge success.

Sheerwan O’Shea-Nejad leads strategy and programme development at OxPrep, bringing together frontline classroom experience and system-level insight into what drives successful Oxbridge preparation. An Oxford-educated teacher who ranked top of his course, he has also studied at University College London and the University of Nottingham, grounding his work in evidence-based pedagogy and educational research.

Sheerwan has taught in some of the UK’s highest-performing Oxbridge schools, including Queen Elizabeth’s School and The Henrietta Barnett School. This experience has given him first-hand understanding of how effective academic, co-curricular, and pastoral pipelines are built in practice, and how preparation develops across cohorts rather than through short-term intervention.

A British Council–accredited University Counsellor, Sheerwan leads OxPrep’s work with schools, ensuring programmes integrate cleanly with existing provision and consistently raise standards of preparation.

Too many talented students miss out on Oxbridge - not for lack of ability, but because schools are structurally unequipped to give them the preparation they need. Here's the reality schools face:
